Vintage Carl Zeiss 8 x 30B Dialyt Oberkochen Olive Binoculars. This listing is for a Vintage Carl Zeiss 8 x 30 B Binoculars, Coated in an Olive Green Rubber (Crazing has occurred over time) but dose not affect the binoculars, it has NO Cracking and is smooth to the touch. These Binoculars were Made in West Germany, which is clearly 3D de-bossed onto the middle section of the Binocular. The Serial Number is hidden under the rubber casing, middle section, when lifted reveals - 920378.
The Original Hard Case is included to protect the binoculars and for safe storage. The case is stamped on the inside lid with script (I personally cannot read it very well) I Think it says FINNGANS Ls 1942. It also has an upward pointing Arrow and 70. Also included are plastic End/Guard caps and lanyard. I believe the binoculars were made for use in the Army, hence the Olive Green Rubber Coating.
The field of vision is very good, with not obvious problems and the Reverse viewing also shows no issues. Field of Vision : 1000m 120m.
