RARE CARL ZEISS JENA NEDINSCO's GRAVENHAGE SILVAMAR 6X30 BINOCULARS. Actual picture of the Binoculars! Nedinsco is engraved on the left top, just above the Carl Zeiss Jena logo.
Overall the binoculars are in fairly good, but clearly used condition. It shows moderate signs of prior use. Shows wear on the front- and metal parts, no scratches, no dents, some dings, wear at the strap lugs. Paint loss on the metal parts. Original cover complete and in good condition.
The elements are in fairly good condition, No separation, slight haze, some minor cleaning marks on all elements, some small brown spots, no fungus on or in between the elements. Cleaning will give a brighter fiew, although it is quite bright. The focus ring turns dry on the right side and on the left side the front element holder is a bit lose!But the binoculars has quite a bright view and still is usable. The bakelite eye-cups are in good condition no cracks en no chips off. For my other (collectible) items.
